1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, only if:

* The product is unused
* The packaging is intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective).
